The high oleic variety shifts the fatty acid profile from PUFA-dominant (55%) to MUFA-dominant (73%), extending fry life to approximately 180 cycles — roughly 2.5× conventional soybean. Growing US market share since the 2018 trans fat ban, with strong supply chain infrastructure through existing soybean processors.
